Class Description

The Full Body Bootcamp is a HIIT-style circuit training class targeting all body parts: legs, arms and abs. Workouts are mostly based on functional movements and full body strength exercises both bodyweight and with dumbells, kettlebells and more. The routine changes every week to keep you on your toes! 10-12 person maximum capacity per class due to the size of the venue. Bring your mates and come join us! Make sure you bring a water bottle with you to keep you hydrated during your workout as you are guaranteed to sweat! Changing rooms, showers, lockers and rest rooms available on site.
