Class Description

A 50 min full body outdoor workout in Hyde Park adapted for all abilities and designed to burn a large number of calories whilst building strength in all body parts. Fun and interactive! Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your class. If the weather is deemed too poor, the class is conducted online over Zoom. You will receive an email with your meeting link and details on how to join.
